”A sucker is born everyday“. Lucky for me, I was the sucker born on December 10th, 1977. My father pretty much raised my brother and I, with some help from grandma, grandpa, and great-grandma, in the small town of Waihe’e here on Maui.
In 1995, I graduated from Baldwin High School. I attended classes at MCC for one year. (Notice how I said ”attended“? I don’t think I accumulated any credits.) Not being one for studying, college was soon out the window! I had odd jobs here and there, then I got into the post office. At around the same time, I began dabbling in radio disk jockeying. First at a small station, (and getting paid next to nothing….wait a second, did I say NEXT to nothing? I meant NOTHING! Lol :P) then moving on to another station, and then ending up here at Da Jam 98.3.
Besides work, I enjoy playing golf, going to the beach, shopping, hanging out with friends, watching t.v., and playing cards. I also enjoy playing board games with my little brother. No mercy! I beat him the last couple times….sorry Justin. ;) My most favorite thing to do on the weekend is hang out at my parent’s house and drink and talk stories with the neighbors. I enjoy listening to all kinds of music-urban, pop, reggae, country, island, but truthfully, I’m a rocker! I listen to Chevelle, Linkin Park, Tool, Trapt, etc., etc. My favorite t.v. show is Grey’s Anatomy followed very closely by Family Guy. I LOVE CARTOONS!!! What can I say, I’m a little kid at heart. One of my other favorite past times is eating! My favorites include: pizza, spaghetti, lau lau, pot roast, roast pork, jamocha almond fudge ice cream, my grandpa’s boiled peanuts, my dad’s chili, crab, opihi, sushi…..mmmmmm…..sushi. (Damn, I just got real hungry all of a sudden!)
